What the prophets do is to transfer what they recieve (information/news) from God to men. The word “nebi” is used for the word “prophet” in the Quran and it has been derieved from the word “nebe” which means “information/news”. These two words “prophet” (nebi) and “information” (nebe) are used 80 times each in the Quran. The verses below contain examples for these words:

89- These were the men to whom We gave the Book, and authority, and prophethood. (6:89)
23- then to Us is your ultimate return, then We inform you of everything you had done. (10:23)

We learn from the Quran that the horn will be blown twice (39-The Throngs, 68). The first blow will announce the beginning of the end of the universe, and the second blow will announce the rising of the dead. 5 of the 10 uses of this blow indicate the first blow while the other 5 indicate the second blow. In the sura the The Throngs, the 68th verse, where the two blows are mentioned, the word “soor” is used while describing the first blow, but it is not used to describe the second blow; in this manner the harmony of the words is maintained. The verse is:

The horn is blown, whereupon everyone in the heavens and the earth is struck dead, except those whom God wills. Then it is blown again, whereupon they rise up, looking. (39:68)

We saw earlier that the word “day” in the Quran, with its singular, plural and derivative uses constitudes a miracle. Apart from this, the noun phrases of the same word also produce mathematical miracles as well. For example, we see this miracle in phrases like “that day” used in connection with the end of the world (yewme izin) and the “the day of resurrection day” (yewmül qiyameh). Both noun phrases are used; 70 times. Here are two example verses for these words:

Many faces will be joyous on that day. (88:8)

…the whole earth is within His fist on the day of resurrection. (39: 67)

We saw that the singular “day” (yewm) is mentioned 365 times, and the plural of it, 30 times in the Quran. All of the derivatives of the word “day” are used 475 times. This means that the singular, plural and all the other derivatives add up to 475. 475 is equal to 19×25. (After we study this mathematical miracle in this section, we will also examine it in the “miracle of 19” section and show more clearly what the number 19 indicates.) Sometimes, the MMLC and the miracle of the number 19 may be interconnected, as in this example. Since the use of the word “day” shows the miraculous characteristic, apart from the miracle of the number 19, I have presented the discoveries on it in the MMLC section too. Like the multiplier 19, the number 25 also has a significant meaning. As I have already mentioned, days are formed as a result of the relationship between the earth and the sun. Since a day is formed by the revolving of the earth in its own axis, the sun completes its revolving in its own axis in 25 days.

The 59th verse of the sura The Family of Imran, points to a similarity between Adam and Jesus. There is no other comparison like that between any other two prophets in the Quran. How many times are these prophets’ names used in the Quran? In equal number, exactly 25 time each. The verse that points to the similarity between Jesus and Adam is given below:

For God the likeness of Jesus is as that of Adam whom he created out of dust, then said to him “Be”, and he was. (3:59)

The word

Number of occurrence

25

Jesus

25

Some people declare Jesus incarnation of God as he was created without a father in total disregard of the omnipotence of God. God gives Adam as an example, since he was created both without father and mother. By doing so, God shows how illogical it is to attribute to Jesus divine qualifications. God, while referring to the similarity between Adam and Jesus, also supports this statement with numerical miracles using both names 25 times each in the Quran. The mathematical miracle is not limited to this alone. Let’s examine the table below:

It is the 59th verse of The Family of Imran, that points out the relation between Adam and Jesus. It is the only verse in which these two names are mentioned together. In this verse, both these two words are used 7th time, from the beginning of the Quran. On the other hand, if we count from the end of the Quran, it is in this verse that these words are used 19th time. (This is an example how the 19 miracle and the mathematical miracle in lexical concordance are used together)

And very surprisingly, these words’ 19th uses are in the sura Mary which is the 19th sura of the Quran. These two names are used only once in the sura Mary and these uses are the 19th repetition of these words in the Quran.

The number of the verses between these two words in the sura Mary is also interesting. The word Jesus is used in 34th verse of the sura Mary and the word Adam is used in the 58th verse. If we start to count from the 34th verse, the 58th verse is the 25th verse. And 25 is the frequency these two words are used in the Quran.

We want to present another interesting point. In this sura (Mary), which talks about Jesus, Mary, is also mentioned. The number of this verse is 34. Make a guess. How many times the word Mary is used in the Quran? Exactly 34 times. The verse is given below:

This was Jesus, son of Mary: A true account they contend about. (19:34)

The 90th verse of the sura The Feast refers to 1- intoxicants (hamr), 2- gambling (meysir), 3- idols (ansab) 4- fortune arrows (azlam) and then describes these with two adjectives: 1- devil’s labor (ameli sheytani), 2- dirtiness (rics). The first four items mentioned in the beginning of the verse are used 12 times in total. The two qualities used for these four items are also used 12 times in the Quran. As it can be seen here, the mathematical miracle of the Quran is not presented in one single form. God shows different creations in universe, and different types of mathematical miracles in the Quran. The four items and the two adjectives are shown in the verse below:

O you who believe, intoxicants, gambling, idols, fortune arrows are dirtiness of the devil’s labor. So keep away from them that you may prosper. (5:90)

Verse 67 of the sura The Believer and the verse 14 of the sura The Belivers refer to the stages of the creation of the man. We can sum up the stages until the time of the birth under 6 head lines: 1- dust, 2- drop (sperm), 3- the hanging (the hanging on the womb wall), 4- a bite size meat, 5- the bones, 6- flesh. (We examined how miraculously the Quran speaks of the creation of man between the chapters 48 and 54) The words that describe the stages are mentioned as follows ; 1- dust (turab) 17 times 2- drop (nutfe) 12 times 3- the hanging (alaq) 6 times 4- a bite size meat (mudgha) 3 times 5- the bones (izame) 15 times 6- flesh (lahm) 12 times. These stages man undergo before his birth are used 65 times in total. And the word “man” is also used 65 times in the Quran. Can all this be the consequence of coincidences? The two verses which reflect to the stages of creation are as follows:

He is the One who created you from dust, and subsequently from a drop, then a hanging, then He brings you forth as a child… (40:67)

Then We developed the drop into a hanging, then develop the hanging into a bite size meat, then created the bite size meat into bones, then covered the bones with flesh. Then formed him into a new creation. Most blessed is God, the best creator. (23:14)

The word “zulfa”is used to indicate closeness, getting nearer and the word “azal” is used to indicate farness and being away in the Quran and those words are used 10 times each. (This has been disvored by Hasan Ozturk who lives in Germany). Below are two examples:

And when Paradise is brought near. (81:13)
If you believe me not, at least keep yourselves away from me. (44:21)

The Quran mentions Sabbath abstinences for the Jewish people. Although the Jewish people can work and lead a normal life 6 days of the week, abstinences are foreseen for the seventh day, like abstaining from hunting. According to the Quran the said abstinences are only for the Jewish people. “Sabbath” is on the seventh day of the week and the word “sebt” is used exactly seven times. Following is an example;

The Sabbath was decreed only for those who had differed about it; and your Lord will judge them on the Day of Resurrection regarding their disputes. (16:124)

The word “darran” which means harm and the opposite “nefan” which means benefit are used in these forms equally 9 times. The interesting point is that in 8 of these 9 repetitions, these two words are used emphasizing the opposite meanings involved and used in the same verse. There is a mathematical miracle in this repetition’s being not 9 but 8. If all these repetitions were in conjunction, there would be 9 repetition symmetries in the use. So the 8 times repetition shows the relation between these words and 1 time separate use shows the mathematical miracle. The verses these two words are used in conjunction are as follows: 5.The Feast 76, 7.The Purgatory 188, 10.Jonah 49, 13.The Thunder16, 20.Ta-Ha 89, 25. The Distinguisher 3, 34.Sheba 42, and 48.Victory 11. Apart from these 8 uses, the word “harm” (darran) is used in the sura Jinn’s 21st verse, and the word “benefit” (nefan) is mentioned in the sura Women 11th verse only once. The following is an example of these words’ being used together:

Say”Would you worship besides God powerless idols who can neither harm you, nor benefit you” (5:76)
