All through the Quran the term “men of wisdom” (al-albab) is used 16 times. The opposite, “mad” (mecnun/cinnet) is also used 16 times in the Quran. Below are two examples where these opposite words are used:
111- Verily in their accounts is a lesson for men of wisdom. (12:111)
184- Have they not bethought themselves their companion is not mad? (7:184)
